calling all artist’s networks……..

changing cultures is working on behalf of Arts Connect West Midlands www.artsconnectwm.co.uk to build a database of artist networks operating in the Coventry, Warwickshire, Herefordshire & Worcestershire areas of the region.

The purpose of the database is to enable Arts Connect to directly contact artist networks operating within the region in order to share information about their programme or any opportunities that may be of interest. It will also help Arts Connect to build an overview of work happening in the West Midlands.

Arts Connect West Midlands is the Bridge Delivery Organisation for the West Midlands region. It is funded by ACE and works to ensure that children, young people and communities are able to access the arts and culture by ‘creating the climate, connections and capacity’ for this to happen.

Information on the database will not be shared publicly, and will be subject to data protection protocol.

In order to maximise the reach and effectiveness of our Bridging Organisation, we are hoping that the database will comprise all operating artist networks in these 4 areas of the region. Therefore we hope that you will be able to assist us with this research.

If you would like us to include your network (or others you know of) on the database, please contact us via research@changingcultures.org

Please include the name of your network and the contact details for the key contact/admin person in your email so that a link to where you can enter your network details onto the database can be sent out.

Requests for the link need to be made by Friday April 12th 2013
